Ackerman’s is the preferred vendor for most Minnesota Insurance Firms, for furniture restoration and repair. We offer immediate after-hours and emergency disaster pickup.

Moving is never fun. Our Claims Specialists understand your anxiety after discovering your prized possessions have been damaged. We work with moving firms and insurance adjusters on your behalf to resolve the most difficult or extensive claims.

We can repair sections of missing veneer using exact duplicate slices, and we also offer complete tabletop veneer replacement.

Carving and Replacement Parts

We have a full-time Master Wood Carver on staff. Any missing or damaged part or section to almost anything can be matched perfectly. This includes resizing headboards and footboards while maintaining the exact original design.

Caning and Wicker Repair
We are experts at sheet, peg, and hand-caning. We can repair rush, rattan, and wicker.
